Let's get to know each other and discuss your project. We will explore your budget, goals, wishlist, timing, site constraints and opportunities.

It's time to put pencil to paper. Based on information gathered in Discovery, we work closely with you to develop floor plans and exterior concepts. Once you have approved the concepts, we begin working on the construction drawings.

With our construction drawings, we can apply to the local municipality for the required permits. We work with them to ensure your project moves through approvals as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We support your project by being on-site during all walk-throughs and work with your builder to ensure our design is executed as envisioned.
